Plan your menu based on your event duration. Once you decide how long your party will go for, you can choose a menu that will offer enough food for your guests. We use this as a general guideline:
Keep in mind that a mixture of hot and cold finger food always works well. We will send the hot menu items wrapped in foil and in Hot Bags to keep the food warm. We generally recommend you serve this hot food first, followed by the cold finger food.
